Pana, Chawinda, and Mundhelm have arrived off the coast of Albi Aula in the fantastic flying ship-city Vatishehir. Sending out owl patrols to figure out the extent of the anti-planar-travel field that would cause the Vatishehir to fall out of the sky, Mundhelm will talk with King Aldred and Queen Ellsweth and get the High Porte into the war against the frost giants.

This part is the shortest of the three for this chapter, and basically sets up the scene for the action to follow. As a result, it may seem a bit dry
